This is a $28 billion investment backed by billions in federal CHIPS Act funding, and it's one of the largest construction projects in Ohio's history. Union Wages and Benefits All craft positions are dispatched through the Columbus and Central Ohio Building Trades under a National Construction Agreement. Wages and benefits are paid per the applicable local union collective agreement for your specific trade. This is the full union scale.
